HYALURONIC ACID FILLERS:
Its purpose is to restore volumes; in particular it is used in the increase and/or volumetric restoration of the lips, the zygomatic region,
of the chin, for the camouflage of blemishes affecting the nasal dorsum, for filling the nasogenial folds. There are various types of hyaluronic acid which differ in the consistency and reabsorption time of the molecule (cross-linking).
Softer hyaluronic acid fillers are indicated for lips, harder ones for filling deep wrinkles or filling volumes.
RESILIENT AND LATEST GENERATION FILLERS:
Through a specific cross-linking technology of hyaluronic acid molecules, these fillers allow the filling of individual wrinkles even at a superficial level and widespread rehydration of the face, with the characteristic that they are able to integrate with the skin and subcutaneous tissues in completely harmonious with the movements and evolutions of the face. A further increase in quality for those looking for the best results and maximum quality and naturalness.
RHINOFILLER:
Thanks to the most modern hyaluronic acid injection techniques and the evolution of materials, it is possible to reshape the shape of the nose through the use of fillers; the nose will appear more regular and defined just like after a rhinoplasty, but without undergoing surgery.
The effect has a variable duration but in some cases it can even last 12 months.
BIOREVITALISERS AND VITAMINS:
Preparations based on hyaluronic acid, amino acids and vitamins are used; they aim to bring substances capable of stimulating the regeneration process to the dermis level, increasing water retention and therefore the firmness of the soft tissues. It allows you to improve the quality of the skin which appears younger and less tired. Amino acids increase the production of collagen, vitamins act as antioxidants and block the oxidative phenomena that cause the production of free radicals, the consequent destruction of elastic fibers and therefore aging; hyaluronic acid is instead the creator of the hydrating effect produced by the dermis. Usually 2-3 sessions are carried out approximately 15 days apart during which the product is injected with thin needles at the level of the reticular dermis. It is applied to the face, hands and décolleté.
BOTULINUM:
It is indicated for the temporary removal of expression wrinkles, i.e. those due to the action of the mimic muscles.
In particular, its use is approved for the treatment of glabellar wrinkles. In reality, extensive scientific literature is available which demonstrates safe use even in muscles such as the frontalis and orbicularis oculi. There are those who also use it in the treatment of "bar code", i.e. the vertical wrinkles that form around the lips. The effect lasts approximately 4-6 months, although it varies from person to person.
HYPERHIDROSIS AND HYPERSWEATING:
Botulinum toxin is also useful in the treatment of hyperhidrosis, particularly axillary; It enters intradermally and temporarily blocks the function of the sweat glands. It can also be used for palmar hyperhidrosis, but there is a risk of hand weakness.
REMOVAL OF SKIN SPOTS:
It is possible to remove annoying skin blemishes, due to sun, pregnancy or aging, through the use of specific substances which, applied to the skin, allow you to remove skin pigmentation and block the phenomena that could cause the skin to become stained again. Trichloracetic acid, kojic acid and tyrosinase inhibitors allow you to obtain a good result in a few days.
These are effective techniques on both the face and hands.
PEELING:
Through the use of acids with controlled pH and concentration, the most superficial layers of the skin are eliminated, in order to restore and promote the normal recycling of the epidermal layers. It is thus possible to obtain both a rejuvenation of the face, a biostimulation of the dermis to produce collagen, an intense and long-lasting cleansing of the face, a reduction of inflammatory and acne phenomena. Basically the products that can be used are:
- 70% glycolic acid, allows for regeneration of facial skin; it is indicated in those who want a soft rejuvenation, reduce sebaceous skin, reduce acne in the active phase; it does not work on scars and acne scars. It is very effective, but requires at least 3-4 applications spaced 7-15 days apart. It is applied using special brushes; to eliminate the acidity, a solution of water and bicarbonate is used. Recovery after treatment is immediate; in the following 24-48 hours there is sometimes a minimal skin erythema and some drier areas of skin characterized by intense de-epithelialization.
- 30% trichloracetic acid, effective in the healing of acne and for the removal of skin blemishes, requires at least 15 days for a total restoration of the skin layer removed by the treatment, for which the patient must be warned of the fact that he is not presentable for two weeks and must remain absolutely protected from sunlight to avoid skin discolouration. It should not be swabbed after treatment.
- 50% mandelic acid, the most modern of peeling treatments, allows a more delicate and homogeneous treatment than 70% glycolic acid, an element that makes it more suitable for delicate scalps with seborrheic dermatitis or inflammation. Mandelic acid is also very useful in the treatment of juvenile acne and for periodic facial cleansing.
- Mix of acids (e.g. TCA, kojic acid, salicylic acid) are mainly indicated for the treatment of skin blemishes.
SCLEROSANTS:
This is an aesthetic medicine option useful for removing telangiectasias and small capillaries that usually appear in the lower limbs. Approximately 1 ml of sclerosing substance (lauromacrogol 0.5 or 1%) is injected into the capillaries and a compressive dressing is applied and kept for 48-72 hours during the treatment. Sometimes multiple treatments are necessary to completely eliminate the capillaries, especially if the affected area is very large.
MESOTHERAPY, CELLULITE, STRETCH MARKS
Through the intradermal injective use of substances with a vasodilating and draining action, combined with the beneficial action of capillary protectors, it is possible to reduce cellulite in the legs and gluteal region.
Through the combined use of peeling and biorevitalization sessions it is possible to improve the quality of skin stretch marks.
